There's no better way to start the day. Morning light floods the dining room and spills out onto the deck as the smell of fresh coffee fills the air. Tuck into our generous hot buffet breakfast while taking in views of the hotel's lush gardens, surrounding bushland and distant glimpses of Stockton Bight through the treetops.

Afternoons

No need to venture far when the pool is calling. From 2pm daily, our bar snacks and poolside menu is the perfect companion to a lazy afternoon in the sun — light, relaxed and exactly what you feel like. Grab a cold drink, find a sun lounger and let the afternoon take care of itself.

As the sun goes down, Madison Kitchen & Bar settles into a relaxed and unhurried evening atmosphere. Our dinner menu takes inspiration from both classic Australian flavours and dishes from around the world — creative, approachable cooking that gives you something new to look forward to every visit. Our kitchen is proudly set up to cater for coeliac and gluten free dietary requirements amoung other dietary requriements — just let us know when you book.
