Under the direction of Executive Chef Rahoul Kirtickar, our menu is a well-travelled one — drawing on the best of modern Australian cooking and bringing in flavours and influences from around the world to create something that's creative, approachable and genuinely delicious. There's always something new to discover, and always something familiar to come back to.
Every dish can be enjoyed in our warm, inviting dining room or out on the al fresco deck, where glimpses of Stockton Bight peek through the surrounding bushland — a little reminder of just how good a spot this is.
